Woodford Bickle MILLER and Margaret Edith LENEHAN were married in Fredonia KS on Aug 24, 1898. This is a copy of their Marriage Certificate. Wood was born in 1874, Edith was born in 1875.

I don't know if they were born in the Fredonia area or not and I don't know their parents name. I know that their parents and relatives farmed and lived in the area as a child of about 8 in 1943 I visited John and Em MILLER at a farm in the Fredonia area.
Edith LENEHAN had a brother by the name of James LENEHAN. Mildred and Elza were children of James. Edith also had a girlfriend by the name of Lucy BURKE in Fredonia.
Wood MILLER had a brother by the name of Grant MILLER. Grants wife was Ollie.
Their oldest child, Shirley A MILLER was born I think in 1900 at Fredonia.
I think that they departed Fredonia in about 1900 with a covered wagon and a team of horses and mules. They squatted at Hayne in Seward County. Hayne is about 7 miles NE of Liberal KS.
Herbert E MILLER was born in 1905 and Guy T MILLER was born in 1908 both at Hayne, KS.

Photos that I took in July 2009 at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles Ca. Many of Hollywoods past movie stars are buried in this cemetery.

Orton H LENEHAN was born in 1884 probably in Fredonia. He might have been a younger brother to Edith LENEHAN or a cousin. As you can see on the headstone he died in 1930 and his son Orton B LENEHAN died two years later.
